1. Scope of Services
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for services provided by [Shop Name] (“We”, “Us”, “Our”). We offer two main service categories:
- Paintless Dent Repair (PDR): Repair of minor dents, dings, and hail damage on vehicle exteriors using specialized tools without repainting.
- Mechanical Services: Repair and maintenance of various vehicle systems, including engine, brakes, transmission, and suspension.
2. Estimates and Authorization
- We will provide a written estimate for all services before work commences. This estimate will detail the repairs needed, labor costs, and parts required (if applicable).
- Your signature on the estimate constitutes your authorization for us to proceed with the repairs.
3. Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Limitations
- PDR is suitable for minor dents and dings. We will advise if traditional body shop methods are necessary for more significant damage.
- Not all dents are repairable using PDR. Factors like dent size, location, and metal type can affect repairability. We will inform you of any limitations before proceeding.
- PDR results may vary. We strive for the best possible outcome, but some minor imperfections might remain.
4. Mechanical Services Limitations
- We diagnose and repair vehicles to the best of our ability using industry standards and practices. However, we cannot guarantee the resolution of all mechanical issues.
- We will inform you of any unforeseen repairs or parts needs during the service process and obtain your authorization before proceeding.
- We are not liable for pre-existing mechanical problems or malfunctions not identified during the initial inspection.
5. Warranties
- PDR repairs come with a [warranty period] warranty against reoccurrence of the repaired dent(s) due to faulty workmanship.
- We warranty all parts and labor on mechanical repairs for [warranty period] unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
- Warranties are void if the vehicle is involved in an accident, sustains further damage, or is not maintained according to manufacturer recommendations.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage to the vehicle before work begins.
- You are responsible for picking up and dropping off your vehicle at the designated times.
- You are responsible for settling your bill upon completion of service.
7. Payment Terms
- Payment is due in full upon completion of service. We accept Card, Insurance, Zelle. Venmo, Cashapp, Cash and checks.
- A late fee of $35 per day will be applied to overdue invoices.
8. Liability
- We are not liable for any damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
- We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or parts availability.
9. Dispute Resolution
- We strive to resolve any disputes amicably. If a disagreement arises, we encourage you to contact us directly to find a solution.
10. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and [Shop Name] and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.
11. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
12. Modifications
